Harding Fire Protection first engaged with Axelerate Advisory Group, and it’s principal Alan

Hassabo in 2009. Over the last 15 years, the purpose of our engagement has evolved as

AAG helped Harding Fire through our own corporate evolution.

During our initial phase, AAG was retained to evaluate and train existing management, and

help us to create a structure for succession of our founder Paul Harding. He assisted us

with corporate systems and processes to successfully transition the business to a second

generation.

Subsequent to this transition, Axelerate was engaged to provide ongoing executive support

through the use of the AAG methodology. With Axelerate, we set up a roadmap of principals

that guide our executive team. Assigned to each principal are initiatives with specific

accountability assigned to individuals. Out of these initiatives come key deliverables, such

as our cashflow reporting, weekly review meetings, etc.

AAG brings ready-to-implement methodology to the table, while also providing

customization to our business’ specific nuances, to provide a truly custom product.
